Hi!

I am a designer & programmer with a passion for creating games.

I have worked on several game projects, both professional and personal ones. My proudest achievement is Kinoko, a student team project developed across two semesters at Abertay University that we continued developing over the summer and ultimately won DARE Academy 2018.

Solving problems for others and for myself gives me great pleasure. I thrive in a team environment and I can communicate well with colleagues across disciplines.

My latest game programmer job was a 3 month contract at Pocket Sized Hands where I helped develop the VR experience It Could Be Important.

I currently work for a CCTV installation company where I develop new products and solutions including solar power and embedded IoT devices.

Before getting in to the game industry I worked as an industrial automation engineer. I travelled all over the world installing and commissioning industrial machines and robots.

Responsibilities included:

• Leading a team

• Quality assurance and fixing bugs

• Representing the company in customer relations

In my spare time I enjoy playing games and participating in game jams and pub quizzes.
